The session incorporates guided practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation to provide participants with practical tools for daily use in both personal and professional contexts. Emphasis is placed on actionable approaches to cultivating a culture of care within educational institutions, workplaces, and community networks. Attendees will leave with techniques to integrate wellness practices that promote balance, strengthen coping skills, and encourage collective resilience.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

Describe at least three ways the integration of mental, physical, and emotional well-being contributes to resilience in individuals, educators, and communities.
Demonstrate evidence-based wellness practices (e.g., mindfulness, breathwork, burnout prevention; work-life balance techniques; establishing workload limits), or guided relaxation) that can be incorporated into daily personal and professional routines.
