The VA Center for Innovation to Implementation (Ci2i) is seeking a full-time research assistant (RA). This includes program evaluation/research activities to inform women’s health program planning and strategic policy development to enhance VA healthcare delivery and services for women veterans nationally.
The RA will work with a multidisciplinary project team. Activities include synthesizing discussions from project meetings, searching for information or literature needed for project tasks, contributing to planning around algorithm and variable development, helping to coordinate data management and analyses, synthesizing data produced by the project’s data analysts into graphical/tabular formats, performing literature reviews, assisting with logistics of a national organizational survey, and assisting in the preparation of reports, manuscripts, presentations, grants, IRB applications, and other documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills, and be able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to meet the project goals. Previous experience that involves data management and analysis is encouraged but not required. This role does not involve direct patient contact or direct clinical exposure.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the health sciences or allied sciences with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
