Strengthening Communication Skills in the Community Health Center Workforce

This webinar will discuss the workforce skill-building needs at community health centers when collecting data on non-medical factors of health, as identified during listening sessions with community health center staff in 2024. It will highlight promising practices, feature expert speakers, and respond to ongoing T/TA needs of health center staff.
After the webinar, participants will:
1. Identify ways CHWs can support patients in the health center setting;
2. Practice and discuss strategies CHWs can use to build trust and strengthen patient relationships; and
3. Learn how to create tailored materials and resources that address the specific needs of health center patients.
