Health Action Webinar

Tuesday, June 12, 2018

Don't forget to join us this Tuesday, June 12 at 2PM EST for a Health Action webinar on strategies and tactics advocates can use to address Medicaid work requirement waivers in their states. While many states are looking at changes that could negatively impact coverage, in a lot of other states, advocates have been able to stop harmful proposals from moving forward.

A federal court hearing on the Kentucky program is scheduled for June 15, so this is a pivotal time for determining what Medicaid and Medicaid expansion will look like for many states. Hear from advocates in Colorado and Minnesota who have successfully stopped work requirements from moving forward, and in Arkansas where work requirements went into effect on June 1.
