FYI from Community Partner: In anticipation of the community impacts of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Santa Clara County, Destination: Home took action to dedicate additional resources to the Homelessness Prevention System to prevent homelessness for impacted low-income households. Starting immediately, we are creating an eligibility exception to allow low-income households whose housing stability is impacted by the coronavirus to enroll in HPS.
