SOPHE has extended the deadline for several student and professional awards. Applications are due November 15th. Please forward along to students or collegues who may benefit. Student Awards: 21st Century Student Scholarship This $800 award provides conference support to full-time undergraduate and graduate level students to attend the SOPHE Annual Conference or the SOPHE Advocacy Summit. Vivian Drenckhahn Student Scholarship This $2,500 scholarship is awarded annually to three deserving full-time undergraduate or graduate students who are national SOPHE members and who have excelled academically, demonstrated a commitment to addressing the public’s health through a career in health education, and who have demonstrated financial need. Graduate Student Research Paper This award fosters quality graduate student research and provides a mechanism by which to recognize outstanding graduate students for creative and innovative research.
